About the Role

We’re looking for an organized, creative, and detail-oriented E-commerce & Email Marketing Coordinator to help grow our online business. You’ll keep our website accurate and up to date, build engaging email campaigns, and help turn website visitors and subscribers into loyal customers.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining creative marketing with the day-to-day details of running an online store.

What You’ll Do

- Manage product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and collections in Shopify.
- Build, schedule, and test email campaigns in Klaviyo.
- Maintain and improve automated email flows, including welcome emails, abandoned checkout reminders, and post-purchase follow-ups.
- Organize customer segments to deliver relevant messages and offers.
- Coordinate website updates, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Check emails and website content for accuracy, working links, and mobile-friendly formatting.
- Track campaign and store performance, including clicks, conversions, and revenue, and recommend improvements.
- Work with the team to gather product information, creative assets, and campaign approvals.

What You Bring

- Experience in e-commerce,



email marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo; experience with similar platforms is also welcome.
- Strong writing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
- A valuable eye for layout, branding, and detail.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and basic marketing reports.
- The ability to manage multiple deadlines and follow projects through to completion.
- Initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to test ideas and learn.

Experience with Canva, basic SEO, or the sports industry is an asset.

What We Offer

- An annual salary of $45,000–$50,000, based on experience.
