Overview

We are currently recruiting Assembly / Production Operators for a leading manufacturing company in the automotive industry.

We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who can work in a rapid-paced production environment while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble components and finished products using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
- Follow assembly instructions, standard procedures, and quality guidelines.
- Perform quality inspections and identify defective or non-conforming products.
- Meet daily production targets and required cycle times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
- Monitor materials and report shortages to team leaders.
- Support workstation rotation, cross-training, and other production activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
- Automotive manufacturing experience is an asset.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Basic math and counting skills.




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs independently.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts as required.

Morning Shift Time : Sunday - Thursday 7:00 AM - 3:10 PM

Night Shift Time : 11:00 PM - 7:10 PM

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
