As a Roofer, you’ll install, repair, and maintain roofs, helping protect buildings from weather and wear. You’ll work with a team to complete projects safely, carefully, and to plan.
Responsibilities
- Install and repair roofing materials, flashing, and related components using appropriate hand tools.
- Inspect roof surfaces, identify damage or leaks, and complete repairs, including caulking where needed.
- Read blueprints and project instructions to understand measurements, materials, and work requirements.
- Lift and move materials, keep the work area organized, and coordinate tasks with colleagues.
Skills
Required: Practical ability to use hand tools, perform heavy lifting, and follow blueprint details supports safe, accurate roofing work.
Careful workmanship and transparent coordination help keep tasks on track. Preferred: Construction experience, carpentry, caulking, or handyman experience can strengthen your ability to contribute across installation and repair tasks. Roofing experience is an asset!
