This senior role supports Go-To-Market and Sales teams while partnering directly with executive leadership. You will align talent priorities with business outcomes, diagnose organizational needs, and deliver business-focused solutions. The work spans talent management, compensation, retention, analytics, and cross-functional People collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with Sales and GTM leaders on talent priorities
- Diagnose team, manager, and organizational needs proactively
- Deliver talent management, compensation, and retention programs
- Collaborate with Regional Partners, Program Managers, and COEs




- Embed Samsara’s cultural principles across global teams

Requirements:

- Six or more years of People Partnering experience
- Experience supporting Sales, Customer Success, or GTM teams
- Demonstrated experience using AI to automate routine tasks
- Solid analytics, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Effective communication, coaching, consulting, and facilitation skills
