Use automotive sales experience and bilingual communication as a remote DTO Sales Trainer based in the Montreal area. Travel across North America monthly.

PBS Systems needs a full-time, permanent trainer for its Sales module and Dealer Management Software. You will train new and existing customers in French and English, primarily through virtual sessions. You will also provide onsite training during new software installations. The position combines customer service, software learning, implementation support, and process improvement. Approximately half your time is remote, while the remainder involves customer-site travel throughout North America.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver assigned virtual and onsite customer training sessions
- Navigate and demonstrate the PBS DMS system




- Support new software installations independently
- Respond promptly to training requests
- Share product knowledge across departmental teams

Requirements:

- Fluency in spoken, written, and read French and English
- One to two years of automotive dealership sales experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency and solid computer skills
- Valid passport and unrestricted full driver's license
- Ability to travel Canada and the United States monthly
