This Principal Process Engineer position offers an experienced engineer a permanent, full-time role within Primero’s Design business unit. You will guide complex studies, advise clients, support proposals, and help develop process engineering capability across the region. The work spans gold, copper, lithium, cobalt, silver, and critical minerals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as technical expert across North American projects
- Review studies from scoping through bankable feasibility
- Advise on circuits, process selection, and optimization
- Contribute to proposals, client engagement,



and growth planning
- Support asset optimization and M&A; evaluations

Requirements:

- Relevant Chemical, Metallurgical, or Process Engineering degree
- 15+ years of engineering, operations, or commissioning experience
- Experience across mineral processing circuits and test work
- Proven Principal or technical expert-level performance
- Robust client management and business development background
