About the Role

Recruiting Analysts are foundational members of the recruiting team, working alongside recruiters, business leaders, and candidates to deliver a seamless, technology-enabled recruiting experience. Through the Recruiter Development Program, you’ll support the Candidate Management Team and help guide candidates from application through onboarding. Leverage AI and digital tools to create timely, personalized candidate communications while delivering a high-touch experience regardless of outcome. Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, role requirements, and target candidate profiles, using data and AI-enabled insights where appropriate. Use AI-enabled sourcing and recruiting tools to identify, build, and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
