IRENYS Inc. seeks a senior specialist for a large-scale healthcare digital transformation initiative. You will shape Clinical IAM, SSO, MFA, badge authentication, and session management. The work also involves clinical application integration, contextual launches, and patient-context synchronization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and assess IAM, SSO, MFA, and session solutions
- Enable contextual launches and patient-context synchronization
- Integrate Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, and federation
- Lead assessments, solution designs, testing, and deployment support




- Address risks and support operational knowledge transfer

Requirements:

- Five-plus years in architecture, assessments, and implementations
- Three-plus years in healthcare or clinical environments
- Experience with clinical IAM, authentication, and application integration
- Proficiency in OAuth 2.0/OIDC, SAML, SMART on FHIR, and APIs
- Degree or equivalent education and experience; English required
