Gore Mutual seeks a Field Claims Advisor, Property, with at least five years of property adjusting experience. You will manage claims end-to-end, investigate losses, interpret first-party property coverages, and control costs. The territory includes Aurora, Newmarket, Vaughan, and Markham.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage assigned claims throughout the claim lifecycle
- Conduct inspections, capture photos, and document damage
- Assess coverage, exposure, fraud, and subrogation opportunities
- Coordinate vendors, reserves, payments, and required communications
- Maintain accurate files and escalate issues as needed

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of property adjusting experience
- Minimum three years of field adjusting experience
- Knowledge of building damage scoping practices
- Strong communication, de-escalation, and customer service skills
- Xactimate proficiency is an asset
