Sicilian Pasta Kitchen South is looking for a great person to join our cooking team. We have been cooking great Italian food since 1995 and a have outstanding culinary team.

We are looking for either a full-time or two part time cooks/prep cook with minimum one year experience. We are looking for someone who has a passion for cooking but also understands the sense of urgency that comes with a fast paced dining-room.

- Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station with good safety and sanitation practices
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- Make pizzas and prep

Experience:

- cooking: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
