PHG seeks a senior financial advisor supporting annual planning, budget development, forecasting, and monthly advisory work. You will build Excel models, PowerPoint reporting packages, cash flow models, and variance analysis. The role combines hands-on execution with trusted client relationships and strategic decision support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise portfolio owners and leadership teams on financial performance
- Support budgets, forecasts, cash flow models, and variance analysis
- Develop Excel budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling tools
- Create PowerPoint monthly performance reports and recommendations
- Support client M&A; and succession planning
Requirements:
- Minimum two years in FP&A;, due diligence, or fractional CFO advisory
- Excellent accounting, budgeting, financial closure, and reporting knowledge
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Independent experience developing reporting models and monthly packages
- Solid communication skills; QuickBooks familiarity preferred
