Lead nursing-informed crisis residence services with RISE Housing and Support Services while supporting residents pursuing recovery from mental health crises.

The RN Program Supervisor brings leadership experience to an intensive crisis residence serving 8-12 residents. This position supervises program staff, supports service delivery, and collaborates with the Program Director. The supervisor also promotes career development and community communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise program operations and staff with the Program Director
- Oversee services delivered to program participants
- Support management and oversight of program budgets
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
- Engage community providers for communication and referrals

Requirements:

- LMHC or LCSW/LMSW credential
- At least two years of relevant work experience
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal boundaries and team inspiration abilities
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving history
