The Maintenance Manager leads reliability, safety, and performance for the Montreal Rx Laboratory’s equipment and infrastructure. This permanent, full time position directs maintenance planning, troubleshooting, capital projects, and team development. The role supports Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and Continuous Improvement through coordinated technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop maintenance strategies for reliable equipment and operational continuity

Requirements:

- DEC in electromechanics, industrial maintenance, automation, or equivalent experience

- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers, preventive maintenance, and CMMS
- Bilingual French-English communication and critical support availability
