Our client, logistics and warehousing operations is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting day-to-day fulfillment and value-added production activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, a detail-oriented mindset, and the drive to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment—skills that will help you succeed from day one.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Milton, ON

Pay Rate: $19/25 per hour

Shift: 6am - 2:30pm Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

- Perform shipping tasks including box making, shipper void fill, packing, and LTL sorting
- Support order fulfillment through picking, induction billing, and order-related staging
- Handle manual receiving and unloading, including trailer and cart loading/unloading as assigned
- Complete value-added services such as kitting, labeling, postponement activities, and production assembly
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by performing housekeeping, detrashing pallets, and trash removal/bailing

What's Needed?

- Verbal and written communication skills to follow instructions and meet standards
- Analytical and problem-solving ability to support accuracy in shipping and production tasks
- Team player attitude with strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform physically intensive warehouse work, including reaching, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds as needed, and standing/walking for periods of time
- Ability to work in a busy warehousing environment that may be noisy at times, while following safety procedures
