ArcLight Consulting seeks a Senior or Principal Consultant with deep Oracle EPM implementation experience. You will deliver Planning and Budgeting solutions, integrate EPM Cloud with Oracle Cloud Financials and HCM, and guide customers through design decisions. The work includes workshops, configuration, testing, and process guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define scope, effort, timelines, and resources for client goals
- Design prototypes and communicate Oracle Cloud decision rationale
- Configure, document, and test Oracle Cloud solutions
- Identify risks and execute remediations preventing project roadblocks
- Coach client and ArcLight project resources through quality delivery
Requirements:
- Six plus years implementing Oracle EPM solutions
- Four plus years implementing Planning and Budgeting
- Experience with PBCS or EPBCS Financials, Workforce, Capital, and Projects
- Experience integrating EPM Cloud with Oracle Financials and HCM
- Bachelor’s or post-graduate degree in a related field
