Role Description Lyons Elite Matchmaking is seeking a high-ticket sales professional to conduct consultations with prospective clients interested in our private matchmaking services. This is not an entry-level sales position, however extensive training will be provided. Role will lead to FULL-TIME in the new year, however you can also remain part-time. The ideal candidate has experience selling high-ticket services and understands how to build trust with sophisticated buyers without relying on aggressive sales tactics. In addition to conducting sales calls, you will have the opportunity to generate your own sales opportunities as well (optional). Our consultations are built around a thoughtful discovery rather than traditional sales tactics. We believe in asking the right questions, understanding what someone truly needs, and helping them determine whether our service is genuinely the right fit. We use a structured (not scripted) approach that training is provided on, however, we're also open to professionals who bring their own style and authenticity. If your approach serves the client, protects the integrity of the experience, and produces strong results, we’ll talk. Responsibilities
• Conduct scheduled consultations with prospective clients
• Build rapport and uncover relationship goals, challenges, and motivations
• Recommend appropriate membership options
• Follow up with prospective clients throughout the decision-making process
• Manage opportunities through the sales pipeline




• Conduct outreach to nurture and re-engage existing opportunities
• Develop new opportunities through networking, referrals, partnerships, and outreach
• Maintain accurate CRM records and notes Requirements
• Minimum 3 years experience in high ticket sales
• Selling any type of dating offer will be highly prioritized
• Experience in luxury or premium services helps
• Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
• Qualified and polished
• Comfortable speaking with successful professionals and executives
• Self-motivated and able to work independently Compensation
• 100% commission position (10% company-generated, 20% self-generated)
• Fully remote position
• Memberships range from $15,000 to $55,000 with one additional VIP membership at $120,000 (All PIF, no payment plans available or financing.) All your calls will be pre-qualified and confirmed in advance that they are comfortable with the $15,000 minimum. Important Our clients are making a significant personal and financial investment, and they expect a thoughtful, professional experience. This role is best suited for someone who understands that their job on the call is not to sell, but to provide clarity, and to get to the authentic truth.
