Lead Ranger Design’s in office IT operations through network infrastructure, ERP, Salesforce CRM, and hands-on team leadership. Montreal work requires French and English communication.

This Senior IT Manager oversees the full IT scope at Ranger Design and partners with Corporate IT on standards, projects, and priorities. The role spans infrastructure, end-user support, enterprise applications, IT security, and vendor management. You will lead a small cross-functional team while supporting reliable business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, develop, and prioritize work for the cross-functional IT team
- Align local operations with corporate standards, policies, and roadmaps
- Oversee networks, servers, cloud services, helpdesk, ERP, and Salesforce
- Manage IT projects, vendors, contracts, budgets,



and stakeholder expectations
- Maintain security controls, documentation, training, and compliance readiness

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years of progressive IT experience
- At least three years leading cross-functional IT teams
- Broad knowledge of networking, infrastructure, support, ERP, CRM, and development
- Enterprise ERP experience in manufacturing or distribution
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; French and English strongly preferred
