Lead global knowledge governance and training initiatives in a hybrid Waterloo role, improving content quality, learning, and employee readiness.

As Manulife’s Global Knowledge Training and Development Lead, you will support Global People Services through knowledge management, training, and capability development. You will collaborate with content owners, subject matter experts, and operational teams to improve employee-facing resources, service delivery, and adoption of recent processes and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Govern and continuously improve employee-facing knowledge content
- Review assets against quality, accessibility, and publishing standards
- Conduct content audits and manage lifecycle activities
- Coach authors on knowledge management standards




- Monitor performance metrics and improve user experience

Requirements:

- Experience in knowledge management, training, or related fields
- Experience creating and reviewing operational documentation
- Training design and delivery experience for diverse audiences
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
