As a Senior Principal Communication Consultant, you will manage project teams and deliver quality client results. You will oversee client work, lead meetings, resolve difficult deliverable issues, and develop Talent technology strategies. The position also supports business development, intellectual capital, and cross-market subject matter expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project teams delivering $500,000 to $1,000,000 projects
- Develop budgets, monitor deadlines, and oversee delegated work
- Lead client meetings and resolve complex deliverable issues
- Develop Talent technology strategies addressing unmet business needs
- Deliver conference papers and capture projects in databases
Requirements:
- Advanced qualified or technical communication expertise
- Experience leading client meetings and project teams
- Ability to develop technology solutions strategies
- Capability to analyze data and understand client industries
