During maternity leave coverage, Alacrity Canada needs an experienced HR professional supporting its COO.

You will manage HR systems, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and routine employment matters.

The work requires accuracy, responsiveness, organization, and sound judgment in an evolving technology organization.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain BambooHR records, documents, reports, and configuration
Manage PTO tracking, approvals, benefits, and claims
Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, interviews, and offers
Draft contracts, amendments, bonus, and pay increase letters




Escalate complex British Columbia employment matters appropriately
Requirements: Prior full-time or part time human resources experience
Proficiency with HRIS data entry, reporting, and document management
Strong knowledge of British Columbia Employment Standards requirements
Understanding of benefits administration and Canadian payroll basics
Sound judgment managing routine matters and escalating complexity
