As an Unregulated Care Aide, you will provide personal care, assistance, and support to residents.

The work includes mobility, daily routines, laundry, light housekeeping, and meal service.

You will follow individual care plans while helping residents live comfortably and safely.

Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with personal care, mobility, dressing, and meals
Provide laundry, light housekeeping, and meal service support
Administer medications according to individual care plans
Maintain clean, protected resident areas and follow health protocols




Respond to concerns and report issues to the Health and Wellness Manager
Requirements: Experience in personal care, laundry, food service, or support services
Secondary school education; care training preferred
Ability to read, follow, and communicate instructions effectively
Empathy, patience, and understanding of seniors’ needs
Ability to work safely, maintain hygiene, and manage time
Bring compassionate personal care, medication administration, and safety awareness to residents and families at Chartwell.
