Coordinate suppliers, inventory, and imports remotely for The Bake

This full time, permanent Supply Chain Coordinator role supports end-to-end operations from source to customer.

You will work with procurement, logistics, production, quality, sales, and technical teams.

The position covers supplier management, import documentation, inventory planning, demand forecasting, and market intelligence for free-from and allergen-free ingredients.

Key Responsibilities: Monitor supplier quality, traceability, allergen-free status, and shipment certificates
Complete import documentation and track arrivals with logistics
Maintain ERP/MRP data, forecasting tools, and demand forecasts




Recommend replenishment before minimum stock levels are reached
Handle Helpdesk enquiries and provide customer service backup
Requirements: Minimum two years’ purchasing or logistics experience
Experience with international trade in food-related sectors
Highly organised, accurate, and confident prioritising competing demands
Confident using ERP/MRP systems, forecasting tools, and AI tools
UK work authorisation and willingness to work in Coalville
