Support CAEâs OKR program, strategic planning process, and special projects.
Analyze business performance, risks, markets, and competitive developments while preparing materials for senior audiences.
Key Responsibilities: Support strategic planning through market and competitive research
Analyze key business performance indicators for strategic decisions
Align strategic plans and initiatives with cross-company partners
Prepare executive presentations, reports, and Board materials
Advance OKRs, risk monitoring, and strategic initiatives
Requirements: Bachelorâs degree in a relevant field
Two to five yearsâ experience in a similar role
Demonstrated Power
Point and Excel ability
Strategic, analytical mindset for complex frameworks
Solid communication and executive presentation skills
