Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Manager, Human Resources leads People Resources delivery at CLH.

This hands-on leader oversees recruitment, performance management, training, benefits administration, employee relations, and occupational health and safety.

The role supports employees, leaders, and union representatives.

Key Responsibilities: Manage employee and labour relations functions
Lead recruitment and selection processes
Guide Human Resources and Scheduling teams
Administer benefits, disability management, and attendance awareness
Maintain employment policies with legal and professional resources
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, labour relations, or business
Five or more years of progressive HR leadership experience
Unionized environment experience preferred
CHRL or CHRL Candidate preferred
Excellent MS Office and HRIS skills
