This role oversees daily department operations, financial targets, pricing, inventory, service levels, and quality.

You will recruit, train, develop, coach, and motivate team members while supporting departmental initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Direct daily execution and overall Deli Department operations
Achieve budgeted goals for sales, margin, expenses, and inventory
Support pricing, promotions, and product policies for local markets
Communicate operational requirements and changes with store leadership
Manage the deli team positively and engagingly
Requirements: Three to five years managing a retail deli
Robust time management and organizational skills
Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
