Direct nursing education programs at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario, using curriculum expertise, program planning, and cooperative leadership. This regular full-time appointment is fully onsite. The Associate Dean supports Practical Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing education. You will review programs, establish learning outcomes, advance new initiatives, and maintain healthcare and community partnerships. The position also oversees faculty development, student concerns, operations, and College committees.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct curriculum reviews and implement related initiatives
- Establish program learning outcomes and strategic alliances
- Develop partnerships with educational and community institutions




- Chair committees and represent the School provincially
- Advise students and coordinate crisis management strategies

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Nursing
- Minimum nine years of related administrative experience
- Current good-standing registration with the CNO
- Extensive curriculum design and program planning knowledge
