Role: Scrum Master

Location: Canada – Remote

Mode: Contract

Experience: 8+Yrs

Responsibilities:

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile/Scrum teams.
- Strong expertise in facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement.
- Technical or QA/Testing background with a good understanding of software development and testing processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in complex enterprise technology environments.
- Exposure to Cloud, Data, Application Development, or Digital Transformation initiatives is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills:

- Solid Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
- Hands-on technical or QA/Testing experience.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and team leadership capabilities.
