We’re a busy, well-established community pharmacy in the heart of the Okanagan, looking for a full-time Staff Pharmacist ready to trade Lower Mainland traffic and rent for sunshine, space, and a better pace of life. Same professional challenge, with more life outside of work.
The Offer:
$70/hour
Up to $20,000 signing bonus
️ 2–3 weeks paid vacation
4–5 days per week: full-time hours with room to breathe
The Pharmacy
300–500 Rx/day: a high-volume store where your clinical skills stay sharp
Full assistant and technician support, so you can focus on patients, not the backlog
A collaborative team that values clinical services: injections, medication reviews, minor ailment and contraception prescribing, and patient counselling

What We’re Looking For
- Registered (or eligible for registration) with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia
- Authorized to administer injections (or willing to certify; we’ll support you)
- Solid community pharmacy experience, ideally in a high-volume setting
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-first approach
- A positive attitude and a love of the outdoors (optional, but you’ll pick it up fast)
