We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager for our Kelowna facility. Reporting to the Terminal Manager, the Operations Manager would be responsible for our warehouse and dispatch teams.

Responsibilities:

- Day to day management of busy warehouse operation and P&D; dispatch teams
- Ability to work well with team members and navigate stressful situations
- Track and report on performance metrics

Transportation Manager Requirements:

- Extensive background in LTL/P&D; operations including dispatch
- Management experience in a union environment
- Solid knowledge of the transportation industry and logistics.
- Experience working with transportation-related government regulations.
- Critical thinking skills and knowledge of analytics.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Good conflict resolution skills.

Compensation & Benefits:





· $75,000 / year salary + bonus
