About the Role (Work is surrounded all over the GTA)

We’re looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join our team. This role is perfect for a seasoned tech who not only takes pride in quality workmanship but also wants to mentor and train the next generation of HVAC professionals. You’ll be working hands-on in the field while guiding and supporting junior technicians to ensure top-level service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead HVAC installations, diagnostics, and repairs on residential and light commercial systems
- Mentor and train junior techs on best practices, troubleshooting, and customer service
- Ensure job sites are safe, clean, and efficient
- Provide technical support and feedback to help improve our systems and service standards
- Represent Team Temperature with professionalism and integrity on every job

Qualifications:





- 10-15+ years of HVAC experience (installation & service)
- Experience installing boilers, including piping, venting, and system integration
- G2 or G1 license preferred
- 313D or 313A license an asset
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.91-$51.39 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 44 per week
