Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Controller to oversee our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and proficiency in various financial software. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records, managing budgets, and providing strategic insights to support the organization’s growth.

Duties

- Oversee all financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and account reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage budgeting processes, including forecasting and variance analysis to support strategic planning.
- Conduct account analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive business decisions.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Utilize QuickBooks accounting software for efficient financial management.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent experience preferred.




- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role within a corporate environment.
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles and practices with hands-on experience in account analysis and budgeting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
