Location: Approximately 1 Hour from Kelowna, British Columbia

We're looking for a motivated and dedicated Pharmacy Manager to join a pharmacy team approximately one hour from Kelowna, BC!

Hourly Rate: $70–$80 per hour
Signing Bonus: Available!
Retention Bonuses: Additional bonuses to reward long-term commitment
Performance Bonus: Earn additional compensation based on performance
Vacation: 3-4 weeks of vacation
Medical & Dental: Coverage available
Tuition Reimbursement: Support for eligible educational expenses

Pharmacists may also be eligible for $1,000–$5,000 in bonuses, depending on the applicable bonus program and eligibility requirements.

We're seeking a Pharmacy Manager who is passionate about patient care and has the leadership skills to help a pharmacy team succeed.
✅ Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the applicable provincial regulatory college
✅ Strong leadership and team management skills
✅ Excellent communication and customer service abilities
✅ A commitment to patient safety and high-quality pharmaceutical care
✅ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to manage pharmacy operations efficiently
✅ A collaborative approach to working with pharmacy staff, patients, and other healthcare professionals
