Midtown Toronto | 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Weekend availability required)

Oroshi Fish Co. is opening at Yonge and Eglinton! We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Sushi Chef to join our tight-knit team in Toronto's Midtown. If you have a passion for high-grade sushi and sustainable seafood, we’d love to talk to you. Start date late November 2026.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience with sushi preparation (nigiri, sashimi, maki) and fish butchery
- Solid knife skills, knowledge of proper fish handling, and strict adherence to food safety standards
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
