Shudle is an on-demand pickup truck and delivery app. Businesses use Shudle to get big, bulky orders to their customers without running their own trucks. We're live in Ontario and expanding across Canada, and we're hiring our first field sales reps in the Greater Toronto Area.

Who you'll sell to

Any business that moves big, bulky or palletized items within the city, including:

- Furniture, mattress and appliance stores
- Flooring, tile, kitchen and bath, and cabinet showrooms
- Hardware, lumber and building-supply stores
- Automotive parts wholesalers and distributors
- Tire shops and tire distributors
- Auto dealerships and service centres
- Third-party logistics (3PL) and fulfillment warehouses
- Industrial, electrical and plumbing supply houses
- HVAC and restaurant equipment suppliers
- Office furniture and commercial interiors companies
- Fitness equipment and BBQ / patio stores
- Garden centres and landscape supply yards
- Pool and hot tub dealers
- Used furniture, consignment and resale stores
- Moving, storage and self-storage businesses
- Event rental and staging companies
- Print shops, sign makers and display builders
- Manufacturers and wholesalers that ship small orders locally

What you'll do

- Visit stores, wholesalers, warehouses and distributors in your area
- Pitch Shudle to managers and offer 2 free trial deliveries
- Help managers set up their Shudle Business account




- Log your visits in our mobile sales tracker
- Follow up until each business is booking paid deliveries, and keep your accounts happy after that

How you're paid (commission only, no base salary)

- $50 bonus for each business you sign, paid after its 3rd paid delivery
- 25% of Shudle's platform fee on every delivery your account books in its first 12 months (about $3.50 on a typical $70 delivery)
- 10% of Shudle's platform fee in that account's second year (about $1.40 per delivery)
- Commissions are paid while your contractor agreement is active

What you need

- A vehicle and a valid driver's licence
- A smartphone
- Comfort walking into a business and starting a conversation
- Retail, B2B or outside sales experience is a plus, not a must
- Self-motivation: you set your own hours and route

What we provide

- Printed flyers and your own tracking promo codes
- The sales tracker app and direct support from the Shudle team

This is an independent contractor role, not employment. You're responsible for your own taxes and expenses, including registering for GST/HST if your income requires it. This posting is for an existing opening.
