RQ11753 - Data Analytical Specialist/Scientist - Senior

- Leadthe development and delivery of functional and ministry-specific analyticsto support evidence-based decision-making and produce actionable insights

- Workclosely with client’s groups to assess current data analytics andreporting capabilities, gather future-state requirements and identifyfurther opportunities for improvement

- Facilitatedecision-making and manage client expectations

- Ownthe execution of analytics initiatives including end-to-end reporting anddata set delivery

- Developrobust statistical models and machine learning algorithms to modelbusiness scenarios and extract valid inferences

- Participatein documentation, development, testing, and end user training

- Workwith functional area experts, Data Architects and ETL Developers andstakeholders to understand complex business issues and develop appropriateBusiness Intelligence solutions

- Designmethods to capture, structure, transform, and process data to be used togenerate models

- Builddata models that provide information which is accurate, easy to understandand unbiased

- Communicatecomplex quantitative analysis in a explicit and precise manner, providinguseful visuals and summaries

- Provideinterpretation, advice, and expertise to client groups and otherstakeholders, including direction on how to transform analytics intoactionable information and proactive insights that support decision making

- Experiencewith custom .Web API development, ASP.NET ..Net Core, Entity Framework, Azure SQL, DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines etc.

- Proficiencyin all cloud service models: SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS

- Experiencewith Agile methodologies including using kanban/task boards
