Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across the full stack (front-end and back-end).
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement and optimize database solutions.
- Develop and integrate APIs.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.




- Contribute to the architectural design and technical roadmap.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and share technical expertise.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong experience with back-end languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django, Java/Spring).
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of software development best practices, including testing, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment.
- Experience with tech communities in **Kimberley** is a plus.
