What You'll Be Doing

As a Barber or Hairstylist at Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop, you'll help create The Fresh Cut Feeling for every guest.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing professional haircuts, hairstyling,



and grooming services
- Consulting with guests to understand their preferences and desired looks
- Delivering excellent customer service during every visit
- Staying current with industry trends, techniques, and grooming products
- Recommending retail products based on guests' hair and grooming needs
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional workstation
- Working collaboratively with teammates to support daily shop operations
- Continuing to develop your skills through training and education opportunities

What We're Looking For

We're seeking trained and experienced Barbers or Hairstylists who are passionate about their profession and committed to providing excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications & Skills

- Professional training and experience in barbering or hairstyling
- Solid technical skills and industry knowledge
- Awareness of current haircutting, styling, and grooming trends
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts
