We’re hiring a motivated Apprentice Labourer to join our construction team. This is an entry-level role for someone who wants to learn the trade, work with their hands, and build a long-term career in construction.
What You’ll Do
- Assist Lead Hands and Supervisors with daily on-site tasks
- Work alongside experienced trades and labourers
- Help with basic demolition, prep, and reconstruction work
- Learn proper tools, materials, and job site processes
- Develop skills through hands-on training and guidance
- Follow instructions, ask questions, and take feedback
- Gradually take on more responsibility as skills grow

Tools & Requirements
- Basic hand tools (Tin snips, linesman pliers, small chalk line, speed, combination square)
- Ability to work on site, in person
- Physically able to handle construction work
