Responsibilities :

- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Manage inventory by stocking medications and supplies, and ensuring proper storage conditions
- Provide excellent patient care by answering questions and offering guidance under pharmacist supervision
- Maintain accurate records of medication dispensing and patient interactions
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and processing insurance claims
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, health regulations, and confidentiality standards
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and team members to facilitate smooth pharmacy operations
- Must be willing to work rotating weekends

Experience

- Previous hospital or pharmacy technician experience is highly desirable
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to medications and patient care




- Experience in medication administration or assisting with patient treatments is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
- Prior experience supporting patient care activities is advantageous
- Kroll experience required
- Fluent in Ukrainian/Serbian an asset
