Vigée Junior Associate Role: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) & Clinical Patient Navigator
We are seeking a motivated, high-level Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to guide our patients through their oral health and cosmetic journeys. In this boutique, fee-for-service environment, you aren't just assisting; you are a key educator and navigator providing a "white-glove" experience.
THE ROLE: Clinical Excellence & Hospitality
- Advanced Diagnostics : Utilize elite digital tools, including DEXIS scanners , digital handheld X-rays, and professional clinical photography.
- Patient Education : Play a lead role in treatment planning and coordination, helping patients visualize their restorative and orthodontic possibilities.
- Boutique Hospitality : Provide an elite level of customer service, ensuring every patient feels supported and informed throughout their journey.
- Collaborative Administration : Maintain a proactive presence through cross-training in administrative duties (including scheduling, patient inquiries, and treatment coordination) to ensure a seamless, high-touch clinic flow.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Clinical Expertise : A seasoned RDA with a preference for experience in restorative and orthodontic procedures. An Ortho module is highly valued, but not mandatory.
- Hospitality Mindset : You are outgoing, professional, and possess a natural instinct for high-touch patient care. You understand that "clinical" and "hospitality" go hand-in-hand.
- Administrative Versatility : You are a team player who is comfortable stepping into administrative tasks (managing patient communication,
records, and flow) to support the overall boutique experience.
- Technical Savvy : Proficiency with ClearDent and digital diagnostic equipment is highly valued.
Why Join Us?
This is a unique opportunity to step away from the high-volume "dental grind" and elevate your career in a professional, private practice that values quality and aesthetics over quantity.
