Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Provide friendly, attentive service to all guests, addressing their needs promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately while processing payments efficiently
- Upsell menu items to increase sales and enhance guest satisfaction
- Assist with food handling, serving,



and catering events such as banquets or nightclub functions when needed

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and special events such as banquets or catering functions
- Experience in brewing or hospitality environments is advantageous
