Responsibilities

- Prepare sandwiches and other menu items according to company recipes and standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist customers with menu selections, upselling additional items to enhance their experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Restock supplies as needed and assist with kitchen organization
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a protected working environment

Experience

- Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred




- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order management
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation, and proper kitchen procedures
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities

This position is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry who enjoy working in a team-oriented environment while providing exceptional service to customers. Also food safe certification is mandatory.
