As a Service Order Resolution Representative, you will partner with customer service and support order management across TTI Canada. The full time, permanent schedule runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. You will maintain resolution metrics, record Order Entry performance, and help improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with customer service
- Maintain 24 to 36 hour order resolution replies
- Track daily Order Entry performance and records
- Draft and fulfill company-wide no-charge orders
- Support training, order management, safety, and quality improvement

Requirements:
- High School or GED diploma required
- Proficient typing and ten-key skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
