- Maintain and repair buildings, machinery, and equipment
- Perform skilled work at the journeyperson level
- Maintain stock records for building materials and supplies
- Requisition supplies for repair and maintenance projects




- Follow verbal or written assignments, sketches, and diagrams

Requirements:
- Valid Current Brunswick journeyperson certificate or Red Seal
- High school graduation or GED
- Considerable diversified journeyperson-level trade experience
- Considerable supervisory experience or equivalent training and experience
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and computer skills
