Ace Auto Repair is looking for an experienced, reliable, and fully licensed Journeyman Automotive Mechanic to join our team in Edmonton.

We are looking for a skilled professional who can work independently, accurately diagnose vehicle issues, and complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

IMPORTANT: This position is strictly for licensed Journeyman Automotive Mechanics. We are NOT accepting applications from apprentices, unlicensed mechanics, or individuals without the required certification.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on various makes and models.
- Perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, and brake repairs.
- Conduct inspections, maintenance, and preventative services.
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify and troubleshoot vehicle problems.
- Complete repairs efficiently and according to industry standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Work independently and communicate effectively with the service team.

Requirements

- Valid Journeyman Automotive Service Technician certification – MANDATORY.
- Proven professional experience in automotive diagnostics and repairs.




- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles independently.
- Experience working with diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
