Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full time Certified Level II Dental Assistant to join our agile dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring patient comfort and assisting the dental team in delivering high-quality care. This position requires a proactive individual who is passionate about dentistry and committed to providing exceptional service to our patients.

Hours will be:

Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Friday's 8:00am to 4:00pm

Occasional Saturdays as needed (8:00am to 3:00pm)

*NO LONG WEEKENDS - Our office is closed all long weekends from Friday to Monday*

Duties

- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials.
- Prepare patients for treatments and procedures, ensuring they are comfortable and informed.
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as directed by the dentist.
- Maintain accurate patient records,



including medical history and treatment plans.
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment according to infection control protocols.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient operations within the practice.

Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

- Previous experience in dental assisting is preferred, with knowledge of medical terminology.
- Familiarity with dental software Curve Dental is a plus.

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
