The Bearcan Group is looking for an experienced Wall Plant Production Supervisor to join our team. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who can oversee the daily production of prefabricated wall panels while building a strong, reliable and safety-focused team.

The successful candidate will coordinate production schedules, assign work, monitor progress and ensure materials, equipment and production drawings are ready when needed. Working closely with the design and operations teams, you will help meet production targets, maintain quality standards and resolve issues that could affect workflow or delivery timelines.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly and provides consistent leadership on the plant floor. The ideal candidate can read construction drawings, organize daily priorities, train and support employees, and identify ways to improve productivity while maintaining a safe and organized workplace. - Maintain quality: Verify dimensions, openings, squareness, fastening, and panel identification; identify and correct defects before panels leave the plant.

- Troubleshoot problems: Resolve framing, material, equipment, and workflow issues. Refer drawing discrepancies or proposed structural changes to the appropriate designer or engineer for approval.
- Manage and develop employees: Train employees, communicate expectations, monitor attendance and performance, provide feedback, and address concerns.
- Maintain a safe workplace: Enforce protected work practices, equipment procedures, housekeeping, and required protective equipment.
- Coordinate completed production: Ensure panels are properly labelled, organized, and ready for storage, loading, and delivery.
- Track results: Maintain basic production records, including output, labour hours, material waste, rework, and delays.
