Busy and expanding RV Dealership is seeking an RV Service and Walk-Through Specialist.

The RV Service and Walk-Through Specialist is the person responsible for getting our customers on the road with their new RV and also working on/at the Service desk. We need a candidate who can make our happy campers comfortable with their recent purchase by demonstrating how all the systems and cool features work. You must be personable and willing to answer all the questions necessary to get our customers confidently on the road. The amount of industry experience is less important than having the initiative to learn all there is to know about owning and operating an RV.

Other duties May include:

· You will be required to install hitches and Batteries when needed and you should be able to lift 50lbs.

· Work with Technicians and other Service writers

· Assisting Service clients with booking appointments

· Sets up service work orders on new and owned units

· Screen all calls for the service department, and deal with customers in professional and courteous manner

· Provide information to callers accurately

· Enter work order requests into computer

· Work with technicians to ensure accurate communication of work orders

· Deals with customers for dealership options, and PDI

· Complete work order once service is complete





· Other Duties as required by the service manager/Shop Foreman

Education:

- High school graduation or equivalency
- RV Industry experience is an asset
- Knowledge of the RV product and mechanical/electric parts is an asset
- Must be willing to take regular WHMIS, First Aid and other occupational training as provided by the company.

Work Environment:

- The RV Service and Walk-Through Specialist will work with customers demonstrating the RV systems a/in the RV and assist at the service desk.
- They may be required to stand for long periods of time when dealing with customers
- They may be required to lift up to 50lbs on occasion
- They will be required to work the occasional weekend and evening, especially during the busy season of April through September.

- The Service Advisor reports directly to the Service Manager/Shop Foreman
