Job description:
· Cleaning and maintaining all spray equipment
· Calculating and mixing materials to ensure consistency and minimal waste
· Ensuring all parts to be sprayed have been sanded/prepped properly
· Repairing or having a cabinetmaker repair any flaws or damage before finishing
· Accurately calculate the amount of materials needed for each job
· Maintain a consistent finish
· Maintain a high level of quality control
· Make sure there’s a control sample for comparison for stain matching and painting
· Ensure the proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials
· Train employees in sanding and other finishing related tasks
Job expectations:
Experience spraying lacquer/paint an asset, but we're willing to train.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Have a sharp eye for quality and detail in their work.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Good problem solving capabilities and willingness to share ideas as well as learn from others.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
