As a champion of a people-first, safety-centric culture, you will coach and develop a team of salaried supervisors, optimize resource allocation, and maintain seamless execution discipline within SAP (WMS). Acting as a key site-level leader, you will partner cross-functionally to deliver on brand SLAs and support Amer Sports' global operational objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Serve as the primary on-shift operational anchor for a sophisticated multi-brand, multi-channel environment, safeguarding the unique SLAs and fulfillment priorities of each brand.
- Translate site-level strategies into explicit, actionable daily and weekly shift plans, establishing high-velocity priorities and driving disciplined team execution.
- Ensure labor, equipment, and advanced automation assets are dynamically balanced to optimize site throughput, inventory accuracy, and total operating costs.
- Drive exceptional SAP (WMS) execution discipline across all zones, reinforcing inventory transaction integrity, data accuracy, and proper tool utilization.

Culture, Safety & People Development

- Cultivate a people-first, high-performance culture that explicitly prioritizes team safety, active employee engagement, and operational excellence.
- Champion rigorous safety, regulatory compliance, and workplace cleanliness standards, ensuring full alignment with internal policies and external legal mandates.
- Lead, mentor, and elevate a team of salaried supervisors and frontline leads, establishing clear accountability frameworks and mapping out proactive succession plans.
- Act as a model of strong corporate stewardship, representing the Belleville DC across our internal brands, Amer Sports Global Operations,

and external stakeholders through clear communication and sound professional judgment.

Performance Analytics & Continuous Improvement

- Govern operational readiness and risk mitigation strategies for peak periods, ensuring staffing models, automated systems, and operational workflows are fully prepared for volume surges.
- Analyze and act upon operational KPIs, aggressively identifying root causes of performance variance and implementing sustainable corrective actions to improve site productivity.
- Enforce strict Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) compliance while continuously evaluating floor layouts, workflows, and standard work instructions to eliminate waste.
- Partner with Lean and engineering teams to support and execute continuous improvement initiatives aimed at expanding site capacity and reducing cost-to-serve.
- Lead cross-functional root-cause problem solving with IT, Transportation, and Brand corporate partners to swiftly resolve systemic bottlenecks.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of 3 to 5 salaried supervisors across standard warehouse functions and specialized departments (e.g., inflation). Carry out comprehensive managerial responsibilities in strict compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws. Core duties include talent acquisition, interviewing, and training; workflow planning and shift allocation; performance appraisals, driving accountability, rewarding excellence, addressing structural grievances, and resolving operational personnel issues.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related operational field preferred; equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree will be fully considered.
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience within fast-paced, high-volume omnichannel distribution operations.

- Prior experience managing operations utilizing automated warehouse fulfillment systems and structured Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), specifically SAP.

- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build trust and collaborate across diverse personalities, cultures, and corporate levels.
- Resilient leader who thrives under peak volume pressures, maintains qualified composure during technical disruptions, and injects a strong sense of urgency onto the floor.
